In 1996, at just 19 years old, Erika tackled the real estate industry with the same tenacity that had defined her since childhood. Working alongside her mother and sisters, she quickly achieved success, becoming a broker in 2004 and opening two companies, Real Estate Expediter, a transaction coordinating company, and Triple D Realty.

I'm Tammy, the middle sister. My journey began in 1990 when I joined Mama Di in real estate, handling the Fannie Mae account alongside Diane. In 1996, I got my California license, balancing work with raising my son and pursuing my love for horses.

Later, I thrived in the Las Vegas' hot market until the 2007 downturn prompted a move back to California. I earned recognition for customer service excellence and tackled the challenge of restarting as an independent agent.

Shifting to lending in 2012, I navigated industry changes and stress. By 2015, Colorado became my home. Recognizing my passion was in client and agent interactions, I joined RE/MAX Corporate as a Franchise Development Consultant, bridging Corporate and Broker/Owners in Northern California.
